Information you choose to share
If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever information you include. We use this to respond to your enquiry and handle any follow-up. Our basis for ordinary enquiries is our legitimate interest in communicating with visitors and addressing feedback.
Website operation
Our hosting service may process technical information, such as IP addresses and request details, to deliver and secure the website. The studio site does not ask you to create an account or enter payment information.
Browser storage
The opening animation uses temporary session storage in your browser to remember when it started, so it can resume after a refresh. Your cookie notice choice is saved in local storage, and a cookie named sidebar_state remembers a page layout preference for seven days. See our Cookie Policy for more about this storage.
Games and external websites
Game links open separate websites. Those games and any external services may have their own privacy policies and handle information independently. This policy does not describe data collected inside Bot Boss or other linked games.
Retention and your rights
We keep enquiry information only as long as needed to respond, manage follow-up or meet applicable legal obligations. Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, correction or deletion of personal information, object to processing or ask for a restriction. Email us to make a request. You can also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Policy changes
We may update this policy as the studio website changes. The date above shows when this version was updated.
